Robertson Hill is a luxury apartment building located in the downtown area of Austin, Texas. The property was developed by Sarofim with a local developer and operating partner.  Located on a hill adjacent to I-35, the project has panoramic views of downtown Austin and the state capitol.  Robertson Hill has 290 garden-style units including a state-of-the-art fitness center and clubhouse.  The rental price point was significantly below top-of-the-market for downtown projects, offering tenants a convenient location at an attractive rent.  The project was sold in 2008   with a net IRR in excess of 32%.
