Kerry W. Adams, CCIM

Director – Market Research

Mr. Adams is responsible for all in-house market research initiatives. He is primarily focused on building the firm's proactive research systems and analytical tools.

Kerry started his career as a software analyst and worked with Northern Telecom as a programmer from 1985 to 1988. He has experience in all aspects of computer systems, database management, GIS systems and data manipulation. Prior to joining Sarofim in 2000, he spent three years as Vice President of Market Research at Echelon Residential, a multifamily developer, where he developed several advanced market research tools. Kerry also served as Associate Director of Research at      L & B Realty Advisors.

Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from North Texas State University in 1984 and a Masters in Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas in 1993.  Kerry holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the American Real Estate Society and the National Multi Housing Council.
