Jeffrey C. Chavez

Senior Vice President – Real Estate Operations

Mr. Chavez is responsible for investment acquisitions, asset management and investment sales. He has over twenty-two years experience in acquisition, development, leasing, asset management, and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties located throughout the United States. Jeff is a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Sarofim Realty Advisors in 2002, Jeff held several positions at the Trammell Crow group of companies from 1986 to 2002. He was Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company, where he was head of the national acquisitions program. Jeff was also a Managing Director at Crow Holdings, the real estate investment office of the Trammell Crow family.

Jeff is a 1979 graduate of the University of New Mexico and received an MBA in Finance from UCLA in 1983. Jeff is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
