Mr. Evemy is SVP of Strategic Planning and Research for Sarofim. He leads the research group in the review and analysis of economic trends impacting real estate. David and his team are responsible for investment strategy design and implementation as well as market conditions analysis effecting new and existing property assets. David joined Sarofim in 2000 and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Before joining Sarofim, David was President of Jamison Research, a regional research and consulting group, and was instrumental in the sale of the company to the CoStar Group. He has over thirty years of experience in both national and international real estate markets including prior positions with London-based companies, Beazer Developments and Matthews & Goodman.
David is a graduate of Cambridge University where he received his Master of Arts in Real Estate. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a member of TREC’s Executive Committee and currently chairs the programs committee and is a board member of NMHC. David is currently a member of ULI, PREA, NAIOP, the Texas Real Estate Council, and ICSC. He was previously a board member of NAIOP.
