Simon J. Honeybone

Vice President - Retail Investments

Mr. Honeybone is VP – Retail Investments and is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and joint ventures of retail properties and overseeing the retail due diligence process.  Simon joined Sarofim in 2004 as Senior Acquisition Associate and was promoted in 2008 to VP – Retail Investments, increasing his responsibilities to include overseeing and managing the asset managers engaged in Sarofim’s retail portfolios.

Simon held positions as Director of Asset Management for Federal Realty Investment Trust and VP for Crow Holdings prior to joining Sarofim. 

Simon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Economics.  He is a member of ICSC.
