Lincoln at La Villita

Lincoln at La Villita is a luxury apartment development project located in Irving, Texas. The project is within the La Villita mixed-use development in the Las Colinas submarket. Upon completion, the project will comprise 409 units in 24 buildings including the clubhouse and leasing center. The investment strategy was to take advantage of the market arbitrage opportunity that existed in development over acquisition.  The project was sold in 2006 with an IRR in excess of 47%.
