Management Team

Sarofim’s management team includes six principals who have extensive real estate, financial analysis, and investment experience.  The principals are involved in all investor decisions concerning the acquisitions, operations, and dispositions of all investments.  Additional members of
the management team are also extremely well-qualified, experienced professionals in their respective areas of accounting, asset management, and research.  The members of the management team have first-hand real estate investment experience and have successfully created value for clients through execution of carefully planned investment strategies.
