Kim P. Nelson

Vice President – Real Estate Operations

Ms. Nelson is responsible for acquisitions and oversees asset management on behalf of assigned client accounts. Kim has over twenty years of real estate experience, including experience with a major real estate development company. Kim started at Sarofim in 1996 as Asset Manager and was promoted in 2005 to Vice President of Real Estate Operations.

Prior to joining Sarofim Realty Advisors in 1996, Kim was Senior Asset Manager with Trammell Crow Realty Advisors. At Trammell Crow Realty Advisors from 1993 to 1996, she managed a portfolio consisting of more than three million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. She began her career with Trammell Crow Company, where she assisted in the analysis, negotiations and closings of a $5 billion real estate loan restructuring from 1987 to 1992.

Kim is a 1986 graduate of Southwest Texas State University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
