Northbelt Office Center II

Northbelt Office Center II is a two-story, 124,000 square foot office development located near the intersection of I-45 and Beltway 8 in Houston, Texas. Sarofim purchased the land in January 2001, with      project completion in the second quarter of 2002.

This project has delivered strong income returns and was sold in 2006     with an IRR in excess of 19%.
