Vice President – Development and Construction
Mr. Poynor is responsible for all stages of the development/construction process. He has over twenty-four years of experience in site selection, due diligence, acquisition, lease/contract negotiations, loan closings, entitlements, approvals, design, bidding, consultant selection and contract negotiation, construction management, budgeting, financial reporting, marketing, through turnover to tenant and/or owner. He is also responsible for coordinating with joint venture partners, project consultants, contractors and colleagues.
Prior to joining Sarofim Realty Advisors in 2007, Bob was a Partner with Champion Partners from 1998 to 2007, where he was responsible for the development of office, mixed-use, and industrial projects.
