- Below-market rents
- Significant vacancy
- Redevelopment potential
- Re-tenanting opportunity
Flexible. Will purchase for cash but can assume debt.
Leveraged IRR of at least 13.0% based on a three-
to five-year hold.
Minimum Deal Size
85,000 square feet and $15M
