We are, however, pleased to share a recent presentation delivered at the January 2006 National Multihousing Council Research Meeting. The presentation, entitled "Application of Spatial Concepts in the Analysis of Multihousing Supply and Demand", was designed to provide a broad overview of information about Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Sarofim's approach to utilizing this tool in the practical application of real estate analysis.  The presentation is provided along with speaker notes.
